RULES & REGULATIONS
1) Any
belongings brought onto the site must be able to be removed within 24 hours,
after which it is considered abandoned and becomes the property of the campground.
Any damages or restoration costs will be charged accordingly. Any exemptions
must be agreed upon in writing.
2) One
recreational vehicle per site. Any bodies on site other than named on patrons’
receipt MUST first register at the office and obtain a guess pass or paid
receipt. Any excess vehicles must park in guest parking.
3)
Patrons may have a 10x20ft deck & a 8x8ft storage shed built on skids. ANY
improvements must have prior management approval.
4) No
pallets are allowed in campground. The usage of tarps is at management’s
discretion.
5) With
the exception of a tidy firewood pile, all of your materials and equipment must
fit into your storage shed or R.V. unit.
6) All
patrons and their guests use the campground and storage areas at their own risk
and are responsible for their own lost/stolen articles.
7)Patrons
and their guests are always responsible for their children. Be aware that there
is unsupervised deep water on property.
8)
Patrons and their guests will obey all signs. Campground speed is MAX 10 km.
Pedestrians have the right of way at all times.
9) All
alcoholic beverages must be consumed in personal campsites.
10) No
glass containers of any kind are allowed in the swimming or other common
recreational areas.
11) No
loud music after 11:00 p.m. ( This means no noise or music to be heard outside
of your campsite).
12) No
firearms or projectile weapons allowed in campsites or recreational areas.
13) No
motorcycles or A.T.V.s allowed on campground property. Special needs vehicles
and snowmobiles in the winter are exempt.
14) No
climbing, cutting or digging of trees.
15)
Fires in fire pits ONLY! If you occupy your site for longer than one evening,
all fire debris/garbage must be removed by patrons each weekend, at maximum, by
end of departure.
16) Keep
your campsite clean and grass mowed. Please assist us by disposing of your
garbage at your residential collection facilities. If this is too inconvenient,
please use the wooden collection facilities at campground for bagged & tied
garbage generated from site only.
17) Pets
are allowed for seasonal customers only. One pet per site at Management’s
discretion. Owners are responsible for their pets and their actions. Pets will
be kept under proper restraint.
18) All registered guests and visitors allowed on Calderon Acres Property solely at manager's discretion.
19) We are strickly a recreational RV Park, no living on Site.
This is a PRIVATE RV PARK, GOLF COURSE IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
